RyuKyu Kempo Karate

Ryukyu Kempo Karate instruction focuses on “The Old Way” of teaching.  First, focus on building students of strong moral character without commercialization, egos, or unrealistic theories.  What follows is the ability to learn a true method of life protection using authentic methods often lost in today’s arts.  Classes are fun, thought provoking, and an excellent family activity.

Classes are taught by Shihan Anthony Rhoad.  Shihan Rhoad is a long time practitioner of Ryukyu Kempo Karate, and trainer of multiple law enforcement agencies and youth programs.  Shihan Rhoad is a member of Dickey’s Karate and the United Ryukyu Kempo Alliance.  The United Ryukyu Kempo Alliance is:

  • An Organization formed to bring sincere martial artist together in brotherhood
  • A group of martial artist who believe in the traditional concept of one heart, one mind and one spirit who uplift each other with support and pride in friendship.
  • An Alliance of Karate practitioners who unite together to represent and promote all that is good in traditional karate.

Ryukyu Kempo will be held on Monday evenings throughout the year in 6-week sessions.  Participants must start at the beginning of a session.
